In your view, why is Hertz the best car rental company?

What do you especially like about your work at Hertz?
Definitely the contact with the customers. They are what motivates me to constantly deal with mobility and its development. Mobility is changing and this means that the needs of our customers are also constantly changing. Understanding this and being able to offer suitable solutions with Hertz fills me with pride and joy.
What is your favourite Hertz product?
Not just from Hertz Switzerland but from Hertz worldwide, it's Hertz Gold Plus Rewards, our free loyalty programme. With the simplified booking and reservation process, direct access to rental cars without queuing at the counter at the most important stations in Europe and the USA, and last but not least the rewards programme, where points can be redeemed for air miles, category upgrades or even free car rentals, enrolment really is worthwhile for everyone.

Riad Mazouzi
Corporate Sales Executive
In his younger years Riad Mazouzi was a professional water polo player, but then came the desire for something new and he moved to London to learn English. He then gathered his first experiences in the mobility industry in Belfast, and in 2011 he returned to Switzerland and started at Hertz. Since 2018, Riad Mazouzi has been looking after business customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland as a corporate sales executive.

Franziska Arnold
Sales Support
Thanks to her initial training as an optician, Franziska Arnold quite literally knows what's what. After further commercial training, at the end of November 2019 she ventured a lateral entry into the car rental business and has since supported the sales department with her customer-oriented and dedicated way of working.
