In your view, why is Hertz the best car rental company?
Hertz understood very early on that the customers and their wishes should be at the centre of everything they do. Especially in the business environment there is also an excellent understanding of the various forms of mobility in a company. That fact that Hertz was able to establish itself worldwide as a provider of mobility solutions many decades ago is another great advantage for customers because they benefit from a very well-functioning network of stations and a vast amount of know-how.
What do you especially like about your work at Hertz?
I find the smooth interaction between the international network and the strong focus on national business impressive. At Hertz this means that our business customers receive the best possible offer wherever they happen to be. As a mobility provider, we are also active in a public interest environment, which for me personally increases the importance of our work even more and promotes the solution-oriented way of thinking on our team.
What is your favourite Hertz product?
Our recently launched EV category. The purely electrically powered vehicles are enjoying growing popularity and are helping to further reduce the air pollution caused by mobility. With the steady expansion of the EV fleet, we can also offer an even more diverse selection of vehicles, and thanks to the innovative technology, our customers are safer and more comfortable than ever when out and about. This technological advance also brings with it a great simplification of our car-sharing offer for companies. Among other things, this means that access and start authorisation for the vehicles can be programmed easily using a smartphone app.

Riad Mazouzi
Corporate Sales Executive
In his younger years Riad Mazouzi was a professional water polo player, but then came the desire for something new and he moved to London to learn English. He then gathered his first experiences in the mobility industry in Belfast, and in 2011 he returned to Switzerland and started at Hertz. Since 2018, Riad Mazouzi has been looking after business customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland as a corporate sales executive.

Franziska Arnold
Sales Support
Thanks to her initial training as an optician, Franziska Arnold quite literally knows what's what. After further commercial training, at the end of November 2019 she ventured a lateral entry into the car rental business and has since supported the sales department with her customer-oriented and dedicated way of working.
